Concordia University’s department of Fine Arts wanted a short and engaging video for their website to showcase the department’s cutting edge program, engaged faculty, dynamic student work and famous graduates- all rolled into one.
We met with the Chair and professors of this department to understand their needs- their goals, what they’d like it terms of and music. Then we brainstormed a list of potential professors, students and events to be in the video. After research calls with all the potential participants, we filmed interviews, classes and special events that captured the department’s strengths. The edit process included a feedback screening with the department’s shareholders and on-line feedback opportunities with Concordia’s team to help guide the final outcome.
The Department was very pleased with the video, which has had over 4300 views on YouTube so far and been used widely at student recruiting fares.
