NEXT-GEN NOW. The Campaign for Concordia (Researchers)

The Project

Concordia has returned to us to produce videos for their most ambitious fundraising campaign yet with the goal of raising $250 million in support of the university’s nine strategic directions, titled: “Next-Gen. Now. The Campaign for Concordia”. Their first video showcases seven of Concordia’s next-gen researchers and their cutting-edge work across multiple faculties. 

The Process

With the help of Concordia’s Advancement and Alumni Relations, Picture This organized several shoots interviewing researchers from different departments at Concordia. Much of the footage from previous Concordia projects that we worked on were re-used as B-roll. Three edit phases with ongoing feedback from Concordia’s Advancement and Alumni Relations team achieved their video goals.

The Result

A standing ovation! – from all the guests at Concordia premiere of the video at the Chancellor’s Builders Circle and Friends Dinner on November 1, 2017.
